Do any of these sound like you?

  • Are you at a crossroads—you have a myriad of options in front of you, yet are unsure how to evaluate each one?
  • Have you reached your breaking point? Has your role shifted? Has your employer changed priorities or leaders? Are you not certain of your next step?
  • Are you unsure about what you want to do next?
  • Do you feel pigeonholed in your current role and want to explore broader opportunities?
  • Is it getting harder to rationalize staying with your current employer?
  • Do you want a better career?

If any of these sound like you, then I know exactly how to get you unstuck.

I’ve partnered with senior leaders in your situation and they are now happier in their careers.

How did they get unstuck?

We partnered through my career assessment program.

How the career assessment program works

You have many interests, skills, and experiences up your sleeves.

You are highly analytical.

You are a savvy collaborator.

You know how to leverage resources.

However, you don’t have a good sense of how marketable each skill is outside of your industry and you don’t know how to move forward in your career.

Step 1: We begin our engagement with career assessment exercises focused on uncovering what you bring to the table that is marketable within and outside of your industry.

The benefits behind this stage are:

You will be able to articulate what working environment you thrive in.

You will know what skills, relationships, and experiences to highlight versus which ones to deprioritize within your marketing materials.

You will have a great sense of what you want to pursue and what you no longer wish to do on a day-to-day basis.

You will have access to highly effective keywords that will ensure that employers find you online.

Step 2: I will review your exercises and source jobs that match your criteria along with profiles of employees who currently are in those roles.

The benefits behind this stage are:

You will have a framework to help you decipher which jobs you should pursue versus which ones you should avoid.

You will have a clear understanding of what employers are looking for in your skill set.

You will know your core strengths and areas of opportunity so that you can proactively address them when applying for your dream roles.

You will know the names of recruiters and HR professionals who you can approach to learn more about live roles.

Step 3: You will have a career plan and roadmap that takes into account your schedule.

You will know precisely what next steps to take to realize your career leap.

You will have your target companies outlined along with key contacts you should reach out to.

You will have a job-search plan that walks you through how to develop high-impact self-marketing materials.

You will have access to a proven career coach (for 30 days) who has supported clients who have landed roles in communications, publishing, financial services, insurance, consumer services, pharmaceuticals, technology, healthcare, and accounting firms.

By the end of this program you will have:

  • Access to recorded sessions for interview and networking practice.
  • Explored possible career shifts within and outside of your industry, including consulting, board membership, and other non-traditional paths.
  • Developed positioning statements for each direction, including identifying unique selling propositions.
  • Crafted a résumé, LinkedIn profile, cover letters and other collateral materials to match positioning of goals.
  • Generated employer target lists and built a networking profile to reflect positioning and targets.
  • A three-month lock-and-load action plan with tactical steps to get you unstuck in your career.
